1. Material : we use the best material to make our products. The material is from Nan Ya Plastic Corporation who is a largest plastic company in the world. Its quality is the best in the world, but its price is higher as well. To make the best high quality products, we have to use the best material first.
2. Production of blind parts : to make a high precision blind parts, we have to make the hardest Mold/tool first. Every time before the production, we have to polish our mold/tooling and make sure that we can produce the high precision blind parts.
3. Production of PVC foamed slat : the process of making foamed slat/blind is using two twin screws extruders to make slats together ( that called CO-EXTRUSION ). The color inside is as same as the color outside, so it looks natural like a wood. The advantage is we can add special material in another extruder to make our slat have additional functions. To let our slat is better than general slats ( which usually made by single screw extruder ). Even if to scrape the surface of slats by your fingernail, it does not easy to have a mark. Plus, we special manufacture on the surface of our slat/blind system, it can keep clear automatically. Even we process our slat by special water to prevent dirty stuff adhered.
4. Quality Control : we use the inspection machine to check our products and our staff has to double check each products to make sure our clients will receive our best products.
5. Packing : we use the Five-Layer paper box which is very hard and strong for our products.
6. OEM&ODM : we accept OEM (Original Equipment Manufacturing) & ODM (Own Designing&Manufacturing). We have to make new mold/tooling 30~50molds for our client every year and custom-make what our client need.
