FEATURE:
Standard roller mechanism + 45mm housing
Springs: 1.4mm round springs X 2 pcs & material: Carbon 80 special steel
Lifting Capacity: 7~8kg (our broken test is up to 15kg)
1. It is same feature with RO-38-2, but customers want all roller shade looks same, not one small (38mm) not one bigger (45mm).
2. Different aluminum tubes have different forms, but our 45mm housing is universal to fit with these different forms.
3. To use new material (same with louvolite), so its bottom of roller mechanism is very thin and make more cover for decreasing the sunshine to shine into the room.
4. 36mm housing, 38mm housing, 45mm housing can be exchanged to use, so this way can reduce the customer’s stock.
5. To connect with 45mm springs assist.
6. To use 38mm metal bracket, so it can be used on cassette and fascia.
